Carolina Rock-n-Race Offroad Duathlon

 

The Carolina Rock-N-Race Off-Road Duathlon and Relay - Presented by Carolina Trail Racing - is an off-road duathlon (run-bike-run) in Charlotte, North Carolina.

 

Part of the Carolina Rock-n-Race Weekend, a fun-filled full weekend of races hosted at the U.S. National Whitewater Center, you'll enjoy a challenging trail run on mostly single-track, technical trails.  The course is composed mainly of scenic, wooded single track trails that wind and weave through the woods around the Whitewater Center along the scenic Cawtaba River.

 

Bring your family and friends!  There are plenty of things to do while you're out on the race course including rock climbing, zip-lining and whitewater rafting.  If interested, they can volunteer at the race.  You can even partake in a nice whitewater rafting dip after your race.
